Monster Sushi has established and operated successful sushi restaurants in New York and New Jersey for nearly 10 years. Founded by Carl Waltzer and On Le in 1997, the first unit was opened in Manhattan and quickly became known as the sushi provider of choice among both discriminating customers and the media including The New York Times and Time Out New York magazine.
