STAY AWAY from Monterra Park - because it is run by gangs who will shoot you and your family if your kids won't join the gang.\r
The minute you move in the gang members tell you WE RUN THIS PLACE & either you're a MEMBER or you better get out.\r
(would be nice if they'd warn you before you sign the lease, but, alas it doesn't work that way).\r
