If you haven’t given much thought to the moods of Norwegians, this adorably insane shop--the one with a golden tractor in the window--will make you wonder where those quirky Scandinavians (in this case Simen Staalnacke, Peder Borresen and Stefan Dahlkvist) have been all your life.
