Moon Valley is a racket. The guarantees are bogus. The upfront sales is excellent with all the promises and guarantees -- they get your money up front. Highly overpriced, but you believe you're getting a guarantee. When the tree never grows (and we did everything exactly as instructed) not a leaf opened. It looked the same after 6 months as the day it was planted. We have pictures. dead and dried up. We thought "Stuff happens - we'll get a new tree". Had to call three times and set up appts for the assessor to come. Ridiculous excuses each time they didn't show. They're either idiots or they have some kind of line scripted. After three months of back and forth, the guy finally showed up. He claims there is life in the heart. It might sprout. We didn't pay for a sprout!!!! Beware Moon Valley. Their manure is probably excellent.
