Don't know if they are still up to their old tricks....buying homes from the elderly -low balling them when a spouse has died....or if the elderly are no longer able to keep the home...then turning the homes into dumps for rent....

These are the most dishonest and vindictive people with whom I have ever done business. I have spoken with several other current and former tenants, and we are all in agreement. Sandra L Moore and her lackey Elaine do not have the aptitude to run a business. Their poor management skills leave them with little choice but to keep a cheap attorney on retainder. If you have a problem on your property, do not count on them to fix it. Fix it yourself and eat the cost. Otherwise, Sandra Louise Moore will sue you. If by some miracle they do send their "handy" man over, he will not fix the problem--he will make it worse. Then Sandra will blame you for it and take you to court. Do not trust this woman. Do not sign a lease with her. You are asking for trouble if you do.
