No customer service at all. They are charging over msrp on the bikes! ridiculous dealer fee of 695.00 above the msrp and the import tax, sales tax and other bs! huge building, huge overhead = HIGH PRICES!

We sent a work equipment that we bought at Motorcycle Mall for repairs. We purchased the equipment with an additional warranty to cover these costs. After the Polaris Brutus being there for 3 months, I call (because they wouldn't) and I was informed to pick it up. When I do so, the vehicle has no brakes. John tell me that there is nothing wrong with the equipment. I have him come out to verify and realizes that it is not working. The initial problem that was correct has nothing to do with the brake system, it was the hydraulics that works the plow and the "Check Engine" light. John keeps telling me the "Mike" the manager would call me and never does. When I call for an explanation, I get put on hold for 58 minutes and I end up ending the call. Now after the equipment being there for three months (4 by now) the brake line is damaged and it cost me $998.00 to fix and the supposed warranty that we bought did not cover it. It did cover the hydraulics problem. How can a vehicle that had brakes, the main brake line becomes defective by sitting in their lot and I have to pay for it? The last thing I did was to speak with John that will "get back to me" on the price of expediting the brake part to see how much more it will cost me.
