If I could give these HORRIBLE PEOPLE A ZERO I WOULD. I drove 1.5 hours to my house for an appointment that I booked a WEEK ago. I called FOUR TIMES to say I would be there at 11am at the earliest and that I was running 10 minutes late. I arrived at 10:12 and the driver was gone. I called and spoke to TRISTA , (biggest excuse for a manager and customer service I literally have EVER experienced.) As I told her all the measures I took to prevent this, she said the driver arrived at 10am (????) and waited an hour ??? and basically had a straight up "F** you" attitude ***screaming*** at me. I was astounded. She didnt apologize, didnt try to find a solution, didnt trying to re-book, and when I told her I was going to review her on every site possible she hung up on me.
When I originally called to say I would be 10 minutes late, she was like "oh honey dont worry we'll be fine" and yet at 10:12 it was 'screw you- we dont owe you a thing'.
DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY.

Crest appliances of Wildwood, NJ-- nicest people you could hope to come across. Theyre coming out immediately to help me and know about TRISTA and Mr. Appliance's poor business practices, leaving people stranded and not knowing the first thing about customer service.
