highly recommend NOT hiring Mr. Felix floors to refinish hardwood floors. Although he may bid a little lower than other flooring contractors in central Ohio, you will get what you pay for. His crew rushed through our house, doing a very poor job of sanding the floors and applying polyurethane. The sanding is very uneven and definitely not done correctly. There are several areas in which polyurethane pooled up and was not applied evenly. Please, spend your money elsewhere.
