Mr. Remodeler was contracted to fix our leaky windows. After considerable time and two high priced caulk jobs, they still leak. Work that was to be performed such as water leak tests was not. They disagreed on approach and changed scope even though we were clear that the problem needed to be fixed, not band aided. It was also clear we were willing to pay for the fix. Instead we were given 'red herring' reasons and lost $1K in the process...
