Not a good experience:
Today, I had my windshield replaced by Mr. Windshield on Utica Road. When I left, I had a new windshield. The bad part, now I have a dent and a wonderful scrape on my car. This scrape did not exist before taking my vehicle to Mr. Windshield and it is down to the metal which most definitely requires repairs. To make matters worse no one was willing to accept blame for the issue. In addition, they weren't willing to make it right. I personally spoke to the owner which was useless. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I rated the company as a 1 because it required a rating. My real opinion is a ZERO!

I didn't pay a dime to get my cracked windshield fixed! I sat down and watched TV on a big screen for 25 minutes and that was it! They gave me back my keys, my insurance handled the bill and I went home. Simple as that.
Best thing about it, my insurance rates have NOT gone up. Thank you Mr. Windshield, for this 5-star performance
