I had this company do a repair on my mower, and it cut my lawn twice, and then broke down again. I went back to Mulvaney's and was told that I broke it again, and that it would not be repaired at their cost. So all said and done, I spoke with Glen one of the owners, and asked him to step out and look at my mower, and he stated, "I'm busy and I have people I pay to do that!" Tom at the front counter said they couldn't find me in the computer because they had a new system, and to be honest, I had to leave at this point so that I would not lose control of my tongue. I am a Christian man who only wanted a wrong corrected, and Mulvaney's didn't even want to talk to me unless I was there to pay for the SAME repair again. I would not send my worst enemy (The Devil) to have this company do anything. If you deal with this group, do so at your own peril.
