I received a gift certificate to go to this salon and was very excited to use it. I got both a manicure and pedicure. The person who was doing my pedicure who I am going to assume she was in training, took about 90 minutes and had trouble understanding what she was doing. The person who did my manicure did not know how to file correctly and all of my nails were rough and not filed properly. It seemed like they didn't care about the customers, they just cared about getting the job done and getting their money. I won't be going back for any occasion
