Poor Business Practices:
Told my wife they accepted the Spa Finder gift cards accepted by thousands of spas nationwide. After service was fully completed the manager told my wife that it was not accepted and to pay up was the only solution. Very shifty way to do business. Said they weren't responsible because "their employee didn't understand english very well". I felt they should take responsibility for their employees actions.A very unhappy ending for a day out at the spa for a mom and her 9 year old. Owner hung up on me when I asked for a partial refund. Filed complaint with the BBB
