This vast and noisy Neapolitan spot (the dining room seats over 250) is a slice of the Old World in Midtown, right down to the generous hospitality. Joining the 20-plus small, tapas-like plates are such starters as meatballs in a sweet-and-sour sauce or fried zucchini, asparagus, mushrooms, shrimp and salad. Entrées include roasted salmon with citrus pesto and chicken Milanese or acqua pazza....
At times the bustle and noise in this expansive restaurant in the Met Life Building might remind you of the lobby of Grand Central Station, just down the escalators from it. But don't let the activity deter you from the pizza, which is worthy of the city of its name.
