Disgusted and disappointed !!!:
"Well it was a Sunday morning and my normal hairstylist was on vacation so i walked in for a hair color frosting and a haircut mind you my hair was already short to begin with my current hairstyle was the Victoria Beckham style. ok well... where should i begin i had to wait approx 45min in the chair for the stylist to walk in i know your saying why didn't i just get up n leave well the girl prepped me up putting vaseline all over my forehead n ears n neck she stated so that the hair color wouldn't go on my skin i figured ok i have a meeting tomorrow i need to get this done here walks in the stylist very pleasant workers does my hair dye im ok with it now i asked for blonde streaks but more in the warm tone what do i come out with orange yss i kid you not orange hair streaks so now not only have i already spend approx 2hrs in this place that is hot when they use the blow dryers and lets not forget that when they are using the hair dryer on a customer the whole place smokes up very unprofessional they should use their vents no one wants to sit in a cloud of smoke...ok so now i have to sit 10 more minutes cause they need to use a toner so to take out the brassiness i was already unhappy lets move on to the cut... i asked for bangs tapered in the back n cut on the sides so that the hair would fall on the side of my face when i would blow dry it kind of like spikey well what does the hairstylist do her name was lola i believe she has short dark hair straight up to her neck she cut my bangs too short so now they are above my eyebrows, sides are tapered over my ears so now i have no hair on the side of my face i told lola she cut my bangs to short and i wanted my hair on the side of my face as the picture do you know what she had the audacity to tell me? That if i would leave my hair long on the sides HELLOOO let not forget what hairstyle i went in with...that my sides would curl up and that every hairstyle comes out different on a person depending on their hair and head shape.. are u F kidding me. Well LOLA a good hairstylist makes it happen my hair never curled up on the sides and if it did i would have used a flat iron. LOLA listen to your customers and what they want not what you think you see fit stick to blow drying you do that good and even with that you get to close to the scalp and customer feel the hot heat and it hurts LOLA. OH lets not forget my personal favorite comment she made that because my hair had so much volume my bangs looked short and once i went outside the air would flatten them down and they would look longer... again R U FCKN KIDDING ME she seems to talk out of her a@s no other explanation that i can come up with well LOLA the air didn't help they are still short ok now for the finally how much did all this cost a whopping $150.00 yesss $150.00 i think they charge you for sitting or possibly they think they are working in the city. I had heard a mother of three go in and ask how much and was kind of amazed at the price she was told however i figured i cant be that much since i already have short hair i was so upset at everything that i paid and walked out fuming my suggestion to any new customer please stay away they over charge dont listen to customers needs and what they want i would never walk in again i will wait for my normal hairstylist in JOHN SACCENTE salon in forest ave they are like the best and their prices are so great if it wasn't for my meeting i woud have never walked into this place ugh im so disgusted oh yea and it's ok to bring your dog in while i was getting my hair done u can hear the sweet lullabye of a customers dog yelping when the doorbell would ring unbelievable place oh and as far as the vaseline to keep haircolor off your skin well i walked out of this place with hair dye stain on my ears and forehead enough said after 2 1/2- 3hrs later you had ...1 VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER !!!!!!"
