Narragansett Pest Control

This is probably the worst pest control company I have ever seen in my entire life. It's actually probably the worst people at their jobs I've ever seen, ever. I called them because I had a live squirrel stuck in my ceiling - it was stuck, it wasn't getting out, and I just needed them to go in and take it out. They sent this kid, alone, who had no idea what he was doing, and set some traps around the house and said they'd be back in the morning. Thanks, but like I've said, the damn thing is STUCK. So they come back, nothing in the traps (I'm soooo surprised), so they just take the traps and leave, *assuming* it died because they can't hear it anywhere in the house. WHAT?! Half hour later, it's not dead, shock of the century. So I call them back, and they tell me they'll be back shortly to lay more traps. Yeah, the traps didn't work. So what are you laying them for? Probably just because you're a moron. It's been 3 hours and they still aren't back. Yeah, *shortly*. You're better off dealing with your situation on your own, because these idiots certainly can't help you.
