Buyer beware..!!!!!!!:
In February of 09' we bought a Chevy Tahoe from National City Auto. The day we purchased the car, the salesman, manager & finance supervisor were all very nice and made us feel like we we're buying a reliable car from an honest dealer. The manager promised with a smile and a handshake" If you have any problems with the car, bring it back and we'll take care of it, no problem, you have my word!" The next day, the check engine light came on, I called that Monday and was told that no one was in that could help me, call back later. We have called them over 37 times, everytime we called there was a different excuse as to why they couldnt help us. We drove down to the lot and a salesman told us "you have to make an appointment, the mechanics not here today" and he walked away. On April 22, 09 the transmission went out, we've called them over a dozen times and finally got the manager on the phone. He asked why we didn't call sooner..my husband told him how many times we had tried to call and noone would ever call us back and we brought the car in twic, he said we we're lying and there was nothing he could do for us. His promises and smiles went away as soon as he heard "we're having problems with the car you sold us"... National City Auto Center sold us a car that broke down after three(3)months and we have to make one payments on a car that we cant drive or use.. It's sits in my driveway now.. A very expensive mistake... DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!!!!!!!!

stay away!:
Good prices but be very careful if you trade in! We got a ticket AFTER we traded in our old car.Do NOT trade in before making sure everything is taken care of. Get copies of all papers! And if you have a problem after the purchase good luck getting in touch with them. You will be on hold forever or you will be promised a call back that you will never get. We are never going there again! Do not recommend!
