Set in the old Mechanics National Bank building in Old City, this bar/restaurant "looks great from the outside" and sports an "eccentric but warm atmosphere" inside, where "interesting drinks" and eats are served; though the crowd can get "loud", it's still "worth stopping by", especially when "cool stuff" is on, like "karaoke", quiz nights, even scientific debates.
