Even "carnivores dig" the meat-free eats at this Californian vegan chain churning out "evolved hippie food", from "gorgeous salads" and "fake chicken wings" to "desserts that are a blessing to lactose-intolerant people everywhere"; the setups are rather "basic", but there's "fast", "friendly" counter service, and it's "not too expensive" either.
