Terrible customer service:

I purchased a system from these people. My timer broke but they will not repair or replace it because I don't use them to fill up my system (I buy the same chemicals myself and do it myself to save tons of money). They said that since I wasn't a "regular" customer they would not service my equipment. Never heard of this before.
