I am hoping I will get a refund soon If not I have to contact my credit card company to report this problem This company knows what they were doing they charged me twice with in 2 weeks,I only got 1 refund back, but never recieved the other refund.I am hoping this will settle soon.

I reluctantly tried the old product and had the same hang ups about the trial period and cost and it did take several months to see results but then I was hooked.

Now i received the new and improved formula and i'm very reluctant to try it. The list of ingredients is twice as along and not as natural. Plus there is a conditioner formula which I don't really need.

So has anyone tried the new formula and been able to vouch for it?

Here's my reason why I believe the payment processing seems to be a little confrontational.
The company gives 14 days as a trial period to see if you do or do not like the product. They don't tell you that those 14 days includes the three days it takes them to send the product to your residency. So in essence, you really only have 10 days to test it out. So they shouldn't claim that you will see results in 14 days.
Conversely it appears to be working for me. So I had to call back the company and apologize for griping about their return policy so I could re-up on my order. I actually purchased a higher volumn than I previously started out testing.

In summary, it be more profitable for the company if they would advertise clearly the customers purchasing responsibility because it is fascinating how effective the product truly is.....It really does work ! ! !

I'm naive and have been ripped off a few times, but this is not one of those times. I have been completely happy with this product and have recommended the company to many friends. These products really worked for me!
