Im not sure why the other customers on here have complained, but I want to point out that Nautilus is a very solid experience from a customer standpoint. From what I have seen Jason goes above & beyond. His skills are very good, with the work being exceptional. He strikes me as an expert that isnt going to put up with being taken advantage of. Can anyone blame him for that? We all know that some customers can be difficult & I have had Jason tell me no, but he did it our of concern for the animal. Now I have a beautiful aquarium like the pictures on the Nautilus website. Exceptional work & not just out to make a buck. They do thingsthw right way.

Would not complete work:
Hired Nautilus to clean, repair, and expand an outdoor pond. Was told it would take two to three days of work. After two months and many delays only two hours of work complete. Company will not communicate with us or send back our deposit. Owner sent nasty and unprofessional message to us after asking for schedule and commitment to complete work. I would not recommend doing business with this company.
