Neal Tire & Auto Service handles the automotive repair, tire, and wheel needs of customers at our more than 25 locations across Illinois, and Indiana.

AWFUL is to good of a score for this establishment.......

This place is a money hungry place but then again if I gave the service that this place does I guess I would get the money any way possible, even if I had to rip off the customer.

I was told that I needed new bearings for my car following an alignment that didn't happen. So trying to help this establishment out I went and bought the parts for them to save them time.

Well low and behold, they won't use the parts even though they are from the store that they purchase things from because they will lose the mark-up.

So, lets do the math here.....My parts cost me $300.00 at the parts store, and Neal Tire expects for me to take back the parts that have been purchased so that they can make a 5 minute call and mark the price up 45-50% bringing my new cost up to nearly $450.00, for something that I paid $300.00, for.

And the real sad part of this is that I have been a very good customer of this establishment and just happen to be very close to someone that works there.

What a shame that in this bad economic time that Neal Tire feels that money rules over customer service.

I hope that the citizens of this community think twice before you go to this establishment. Maybe a lesson needs to be learned that you just don't kick people when they are down!

SHAME ON YOU NEAL TIRE AND ITS MANAGEMENT!

Where did the old Neal Tire go? I can remember the good old days of yester year when you walked in the store and you were greeted with a smile and left with a handshake.

Just a few years ago Customer Service meant something to the management of Neal Tire.

I can't believe that the management would a party to confronting a customer who was upset about a higher price and/or wrong size of tires that he had apparently been given

Even more appalling was how the manager treated the lady staff member that had apparently made the mistake. You would have thought that he had never been a party to making a mistake.

Well, Mr. Manager, you have lost my business. I know that had I been on the receiving end of your hatred I might not have been as controlled as the man in question was.

I guess Neal Tire has more customers then they know what to do with because they surely don't mind who they offend. I know that I am only one person, but the guys at breakfast have been talking about their horror stories of this Tire Store taking over 90 minutes for an oil change..

You might be able to save a few bucks with the coupon savings, but once you get in the door, I guarantee you, you will wish that you had gone somewhere else.

This company runs about as slow as a 7 year itch. If you go to this establishment be sure and take a book with you, you are gonna be there awhile.

I do believe that my Grandma could do an oil change faster then this so called trained individuals.

I could do my own oil change but decided since they were offering a $7 off coupon, what the heck I would just let them do it.

Over 90 minutes later, I was still waiting for my car to be finished.

The next time I need an oil change I think I will just save my time and do it myself......I think you should to.
