This place was way better years ago . There were no dog s@!t
all over the place.
There were no drug dealers or drug smokers. There was no garbage
thrown around every where.
The tenants were more respectful for the most part.
The manger did not put up with any b@!%!**#t.
You could actually get some decent sleep because the
neighbors were not a@!%!**#s.
And then it got sold to new company and things started
going down the toilet big time.
And the current owner is such a big a@!%!*e that all he
does keep buying properties
every where so he can jack up the rent to an unfair amount .
The a@!%!*e owner and his lackey
a@!%!*e managers rent the units out before they
renovated . Trust Me Don't Rent Here.
If U have enemies tell them about this place.
PS THE NEW RENT AMOUNT IS A LOAD OF BS
