My experience with Neptune Dental Care has been exceptional from the very first appointment.
Dr.Michael Ginsberg is a great dentist - always personable and professional. ( and most important very gentle) I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great dentist !

I pick NO stars for the rating. I just went in for routine cleaning and x-ray....They said they accepted my insurance over the phone. When I got to my appt. and signed in they said they had my insurance information on file. When I checked out...they said NO, they didn't accept my insurance anymore...then they backtracked when disagreed and they said, OK we'll accept 75%. But I said I have an enhanced policy that pays 100% routine cleaning and x-rays and they're listed on my provider list" They said they wouldn't talk to me or my HR dept and that there were never any "guarantees" of acceptance. WHAT?? Isn't insurance a guarantee? I had to call my insurance company who had to call their office and confirm. My insurance company couldn't explain they're lack of knowledge. Even if it weren't for this issue, they're office is like a cattle call. Long waits, over booking. The dentist who did my "exam" rushed in and out in 3 minutes without even saying "Hi". But he did manage to have time to provide me with a long list of "additional" work in the amount of $7,0000 even though I didn't any any cavities or issues at all. What a racket. STAY FAR AWAY.
