Uneducated, unprofessional and worthless:
I took a water cooled PC to these guys to see if the motherboard was bad. It was there almost two months. These so called "experts" used ALOT of "I think" "Ummm" "I'm not sure" " I think we can" first off.
Second. I bring it in there and the guys voice had NO shadow of confidence and I can see why. These guys returned my call, a week after i called and said " yea I THINK the mother board is broke" which is what I TOLD them on the phone. They had NO idea. Obviously hadn't even attempted to test the board. I had to tell them that if they powered the pumps that they could then test it which got me a "OH yea... you're right!" DUH!!! OR you know.. put it in another PC one the many they have STREWN about their shop. They tried to tell me they did and when i called them on their lie they admited it in a beat around the bush kind of way.. I asked them to clean up the mangled wires and install some fans which they they did however, two of the fans they replaced DONT EVEN WORK! and if the wires on the back are not in a VERY specific place they stop working. HOW DID THAT GET PASS THEM?! and on top of it they charged me 120 instead of the orignally agreed 90 I saw the fans were not working and said something about it and decided to just pay them and get the heck out of there. They took 2 weeks to find me a new mother board. And really just have no bussiness doing anything that isnt software based. These guys were horrible at doing their job and it turned out that my mother board just had a capacitor blown which was EASY to spot. WHICH I THEN REPLACED. So... if you have a REAL problem. go ANYWHERE but here. I will NEVER be suckered into these guys touching my PC EVER again and I advise you don't either.
