Terrible customer service - don't live up to their end of the deal!:
Initiated purchase process of new roof; when production supervisor came out to measure roof, he said he would call me next day on next steps. He made no statements on purchasing the materials yet because he still had questions on 2 skylights that had to be ordered. He never called the next day (was a Thursday). From the following Monday through Thursday, I left 4 other messages for at least 3 other staff and no one responded.
This is very concerning especially since a major part of their sales presentation is the quality customer service of their company and the "lifetime warranty" that they provide, which was a major reason why my wife and I agreed to go with them. I have lost all faith that they as a company can deliver on their customer service and in turn deliver on their warranty claims.
As of 7/6/15, I spoke with "Mickey" from Nescor and they have already ordered the product (which no one explained to me) and will not let me out of the contract. I have explained my distrust in their customer service practices and he has no response. I have offered to buy the skylights from them and we part ways, but Mickey has said that the roof is ordered and the only way to get out of the contract is by paying 40% of the total project (about $10,000) without receiving any materials at all.
At this point, my wife and I feel like we have been lied to and now forced to agree to something that we were not promised.

Attic Insulation:
I put in attic insulation and the product they call ATTIC-SHIELD and it saved us a lot on our energy bill. Thanks for selling a good product!
