My goal as a therapist is to help clients look at themselves and their issues in a safe and supportive way. I help them bridge the gap between childhood and adulthood by looking at how past experiences often get in the way of living life to the fullest, and by working through and releasing those areas. I often use EMDR to work on personal traumas and blockage.
