for 9 months my partner has been treated here. for the most part the doctors have been very kind and caring. however from day 1 the office staff have been so incompetent with my partner's care, file, and appointments. it has continued to progress over time into a story that most people wouldn't even believe, no lie. staff will not call you back when you have questions. staff will loose your file so conveniently at your appointments and you will sit waiting sometimes for 3 hours. then when you tell the dr. what has occurred, the staff get yelled at, some begin crying, in fact one had a 'panic attack'. however nothing changes once the staff is redirected by the dr.'s. On one occasion a PA named kelly had told my partner that he, her, and dr. grover would have a meeting to discuss the issue with staff, then the PA called my partner and stated that she never said such a thing, that it was not true. i was listening on speaker phone at the time and she did indeed say that they would have a meeting. all of a sudden the PA turned on my partner and even said 'i have patients to deal with, i'm not discussing this with you' as if my partner was not a patient. we have both lost countless hours of work and pay because of the staff's lack of proper communication. today, when this PA kelly, turned and basically called us liars (the day before scheduled surgery) we called a lawyer and our insurance company. obviously surgery want be happening with this practice. DO NOT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THIS KIND OF DRAMA. BEWARE AND BE CAREFUL.
