Worst furniture shopping experience!!!!:
Mind you, this is the short version. Bought some living room furniture in December and it went over without a hitch. Went back, bought an additional piece. We were told it would take a week. The week came and went and we didn't receive any call to advise of the delay. Called to find out that the date was pushed out. Next date came and went and same problem. Called and spoke with a manager that assured free delivery and a discount coupon. That didn't happen. 7 wks+ and I finally got delivery of the table and it was DEFECTIVE. I called and left a message for the owner to call me back- didn't happen. Then we went to collect our refund and got to talk to 'Mr. where the smart furniture buyers shop" himself, and it was like talking to a wall. We were going to be buying a furniture set for the den and a new bedroom set....fat chance we'd be spending any money there. It was a customer service NIGHTMARE!

Had a bad experience!!:
Purchased furniture and was unhappy!! Items delivered were damaged, never replaced and the customer svc is horrible!!! The salesman lied to me aswell!!! Dont believe the no paymnets till 2011 or whatever!!! They lie about everything!!! Even about delivering dat, they will not have items in stock!!!!! Go to roomstore!!!
