grumpy staff but good doctor (I hope!):
I've been there once, in March 2016. I walked up to a reception window and the person there growled at me, without even looking at me, because I'd walked past the "Wait here" sign. (I was the only patient present.) So like a reprimanded puppy I went back to the sign. I was called to a different window, but she didn't greet me either. No hello, no welcome, no smile. All about paperwork. BUT both my doctor (Dr. Greenlaw) and her assistant were super nice and seemed thorough and competent. The stars are for them.
About 6 months ago my neighbor, who is in her 90s and legally blind, had a even worse experience with the front desk. They handed her a clipboard with forms and when she explained that she was legally blind they said, rudely, "Without those forms you don't see a doctor." No help was offered. (Her shuttle driver helped her.)
