Worst experience possible:
STAY AWAY! we hired Lincoln to paint 3 rooms, tile the balcony, and refinish the floors. Yes, he and his companion came in time. Yes, they agreed to start the work the next day (we had 2 weeks before moving into our newly bought apartment). BUT: Does it really matter is the result is plain horrible?! The floors: they probably did not wait before the first coat was dry enough before applying the next coat so you can see where the brush went, the floors are not homogeneously glossy, they have patches of unglossy circles. The floors are not smooth. You can see splashes, brush movements. Words cannot describe how horrible it looks. And it is everywhere, all rooms, the living room, everywhere!!!!!! Lincoln said sorry and said he will fix it by applying another coat. Of course it did not work. By that time, we had to move into the apartment. He said our satisfaction is his main goal (yes, really?) and that is his fault and he can redo it again. But now that we have moved in, with furniture, how can this be possible done?! We have little kids and there is no way we could move out for another week or two. UNPROFESSIONAL.HORRIBLE. DISGUSTING. Words cannot describe how bad it looks. I have tears in my eyes every time I look at what they did. It was much better before.
Now. They tiled our balcony. The tiling is uneven and sloppy done. When it rains, the water gathers at the back of the balcony and does not go down because the tiling is uneven. HORRIBLE.
Painting. This was more or less ok, but come on, that was an easy job that anyone can do. Still, we noticed some spots that were not painted and Lincoln had to come to paint those spots. Also, he did not put back the switch plates that he removed before painting the kid's room.
Horrible. Unprofessional. Please stay away.
