New Rave Dry Cleaning

This place is absolutely horrible! My dress that I wore once for a special occasion was completely destroyed. Not that they did not offer any apology, they were rude and agressive...not only they "melted" all the interior boning (try to wear a strapless dress without it!), they stitched the "bones" through the EXTERIOR of the dress to keep them in place, and blamed all the damage (holes, pulled strings, etc) on "excessive wear and tear", though at the time the dress was dropped off the attendant looked at it very thoroughly, since I warned them about the value of the dress..

You may bring your $10 shirts for laundering and pressing...but avoid this place with any piece of a nice clothes...

This place is horrible. They do a really bad job. Very unprofessional, rude, irresponsible.
