My 12 year old came out of the kitchen with a popsicle in his hand that was running down his arm. He said it was slush. I did not think much of it and gave him a paper towel figuring he was just letting it melt. Then I went to the freezer for some ice. The ice cubes were melting. I checked the setting inside the freezer and it was on the coldest. I immediately called New York Appliance Repair who had done freezer repair in my last New York apartment. The service man arrived in an hour. He had to replace a cooling line in the freezer and everything was soon frozen again. I did not lose any food from thawing out completely. New York Appliance Repair and their emergency response saved me a lot of spoilage and money.

My three year old asked me what stunk in the kitchen. He was a little closer to the ground so I bent down and he was right. It was coming from the dishwasher. I could not see anything but I called New York Appliance Repair anyway. There was old rotten food stuck inside where it could not be seen. He cleared it up and thanked my son for having such a good nose. I will definitely call them again for any appliance repair I need.

I was in desperate need of a stove repair job. I have a cook top range and the front burner would keep going out and on back one did not work at all. I heard about New York Appliance Repair so I gave them a call. I was surprised that they could get someone to my New York Apartment the next morning. The repair man showed up around 9. He left for a half hour to get something and returned, 30 minute later I had my stove back and working. It has been just fine. The price was reasonable and the service was great. Will call them next time I need appliance service.
