When we moved into our apartment in New York we had a washer and dryer in a small cubby hole in the hallway. One morning my wife tossed some laundry in the washer and started it as usual. It ran fine for most of the time when suddenly it started to shake violently and literally started to come into the hall. It was pretty crazy watching this machine running wild. I immediately did what I new best to do. I turned off the circuit breaker and the power in the entire apartment. I called New York Appliance Repair. We have an old, whirlpool side by side refrigerator/freezer combination. One night we noticed that the food in the freezer was starting to thaw and the ice cubes were melting. We had just come from shopping and there was a considerable amount of frozen food in the freezer that was thawing out. We called New York Appliance Repair and they told us not to open the freezer and had a repair man to us in an hour. He was able to replace the coolant and fix a leak and got us going before we lost anything. I give a very high rating to the freezer repair service.
