Then, instead of calmly discussing a dispute, I was threatened with physical violence and insultingly cast aside as "self-entitled" and not worthy of the employee's time --- even though I had spent a substantial amount of money to execute a delivery that they did not properly fulfill or monitor. I could not warn you enough to avoid doing business with them
