It's a shame I couldn't choose negative stars for my review. This business sells you appliances that are faulty upon arrival and is delinquent in returning phone calls and rectifying the issue. After 2 months of waiting, the original broken appliance was replaced with a second broken appliance. Even though a call was made with-in 24 hours that the replacement appliance also did not work, another round of phone tag pursued. With no resolution and the claim that the appliance is no longer in warranty.
Needless to say, the individuals at this business are just interested in selling you a non-working appliance and then stalling the process until you are outside of you "warranty" period and have no recourse.
Do yourself a favor, burn your money. It will be a much better use of your resources than doing business with Next 2 New Appliances.
