Immature kid running the show:
I called to ask some question to find out if these guys were competent and after my second question, I got my answer. First question, "Do you guys reball?". He answered in layman terms the procedure which was great. Second question, "What kind of solder do you guys us?" Boom, the guy jumps on the offensive. He goes on a tirade of how half his calls are from "guys like me" trying to find out about his well documented "secrets". I'll never know if he does a good job or not but I know he's just an unreasonable kid that would bark after any serious questions. Save your cash and ship it out somewhere, this Chicagoan is saving his money.
