Dishes range from a shrimp po’ boy to a fried green tomato sandwich, and a Colorado elk burger topped with white cheddar, a duck fat fried egg, garlic aïoli, lettuce and tomato. On Mondays, guests can order glasses and bottles of wine at half price.
