Do not go to this office. I would like to rate "0" stars, but won't allow it. The staff at Dr. Topol's office is unknowledgeable and very rude. Unfortunately it starts from the top. Tina, the "office manager" has the worst demeanor. They tried to charge me a co-pay for routine cleaning, which our insurance covers at 100%. She was rude and argumentative, I let it go. Cleaning appointment day, I called to inform I was 3 blocks away-5 mins.late (traffic). She said no. I went anyway to ask why-She was very rude. Took another call while I was expressing my concern, so I asked for her full name and she wrote it on piece of paper and flashed it to me.
Terrible customer service-just lost 6 clients (my family) and will spread the word about the terrible treatment I received.
