Offering up miso, spicy miso, shio (salt) and shoyu (soy) varieties of soup, all prepared using a homemade pork-broth base and fresh toppings aplenty (yes, including pork belly), it's a ramen freak's dream, open for lunch and dinner daily. And please don't sleep on the non-ramen options, either — these guys make a mean pork bun.
