And with the ever-more-frenetic pace of openings around town, it can be tough to keep up with exactly who's doing what. Here are 13 of Philly's newest, most exciting brunches where the focus falls right where you want it: on really good food.

Philly native Joncarl Lachman left town almost 20 years ago to travel and rack up work experience in New York and Washington D.C. before landing in Chicago, where he owned HB Home Bistro and Vincent.
