North Bay Shore Family Campground

Since 1993 the company has been providing Campgrounds.

Campground itself is lovely - it's the new owners that are not. This was our 4th visit to this campground, but the first (and last) with the new owners! We made and confirmed (in writing) reservations for a specific site. The owner verified our request and reservation, however, when we arrived we were given a different site that was not to our liking. The error with our reservation wasn't an issue at first, but the belligerence, attitude and aggressiveness of the owner and her husband was a problem when we expressed our dislike of the replacement site. We were told flat out, and I quote "you can take the site we gave you or get out" This statement was in response to us saying we did not like the new site they gave us and the site we actually booked and confirmed was vacant, so we couldn't see why we just couldn't have the site we booked. This is when it was revealed that they had given our site to a local, more regular customer - claiming it had been done in error, however, they had NO intention of correcting that error. They went so far as blaming us for having an attitude and stating that 'most' customers would be happy with what they gave them.
