My vehicle was returned to me with parts missing and bumper misaligned. ABNS would not take the car back for readjustments / repairs 3 days after the work was completed. Had to open a new claim with State Farm and will have to take car to another body shop. The written warranty is worthless and the manager Gordon was rude and unhelpful. Will be filing a case with BBB and Attorney General of Illinois next, State Farm was already informed about my displeasure's of dealing with their shop of choice. If you want to save yourself a headache go somewhere else.
