I have given application for a two bed room and credit check was success , i was supposed to move in a month's time and given notice to our current apartment.

Suddenly one day the office staff Judy called me and said they have cancelled my application as the current tenant is not moving. Then i went to apartment office and met her in person . She was very rude and and they are not even willing to give my credit check fee back. I have never see such crook in my life . Only one advice to people going for North Village "Beware of Judy "

The walls and floors are extremely thin. Even living on the top floor doesn't make a difference. You can clearly hear and feel every stomp, door and cabinet slam just like your neighbors are in the same unit as you. I unfortunately also have very noisy, inconsiderate neighbors who walk like dinosaurs, slam everything and even run (yes adults) in the apartment.

The mailboxes are broken and do not close so anyone that can get past the front door can get to your mail. Management does not address this.

The light in the hallway can only be turned on inside of the apartments so you have to hold open the main door at night or early morning in order to see to get your key in the lock. Not very safe.

These are very nice looking apartments that really have a lot of potential but I definitely am not happy here and I cannot recommend it.
