Very disappointed . . .:
A friend and myself walked into this beer distributor to purchase beer. We went into the freezer to grab a case of Bud Light. We seen there were aluminum bottles; 18 (16 oz) in a case. We picked up the case and approached the register. My total was $13.90. After purchasing the alcohol we left. My friend and I got home to realize we had purchased regular Bud instead of Bud Light. I went back to the distributor to see if i could exchange the Bud for Bud Light. The other male working said "yes" but then the cashier said "No, wait." The cashier said, "Afer you left i reviewed the camera and seen that i had charged you the wrong price i thought they were the smaller bottles." I told him that it wasn't my fault. He said "you need to pay the difference". I told him no that it wasn't my fault once again. He continued to tell me that it was pretty much my fault, that "i should have told [him] what i was buying". I said that it's not my job to tell him. He told me he "won't exchange it for me at all then". I said fine i want my money back. He gave it to me and i left. Never again will i take my business there again. He was very rude and told me i was "unreasonable" for his mistake. I've never been so disappointed with a business.
