I ordered a kitchen island for my new home. It was delivered upside down, broken, and discolored. I spent hours on hold trying to correct the situation. I was finally told that they would send out a technician to look at the island and they would call me to schedule on the following Monday. I never heard from them. Finally, on Thursday I called back. By then I just wanted this thing out of my house. I had to wait two days for the person who schedules pickups to call me and make arrangements. When this employee returned my call it was the only time the company reached out to me. They said they were working with the manufacturer to replace the island, but never mentioned this to me in previous contacts. I had to speak with a manager in order to not pay a 30% restocking fee! Then they refused to refund the delivery fee though their delivery was part of the problem. NEVER again!
