Okay doctor, bad customer reps:
They don't really care how much you're hurting. They sometimes randomly cancel your appointment. You always go through some answering service to either make an appoinement or change one. Don't quite understand why I had to wait two to three weeks everytime I tried to make an appointment, considering their poor service. I just hope my current condition get better soon so that I don't have to deal with this place.
