Horrible customer service and overall service. I did the mail-based repairs advertised by them on their webpage and through eBay. They returned my laptop un-repaired and the kept the RAM that was in it. They deny everything and refuse to refund me or return my stolen RAM. On top of losing $88 ($18 shipping, $70 repairs) with their non-service and non-repair; I also lost $80 in RAM!

Steer clear of this company at all costs. Wesly Aldrich, the store owner, and Frank Biondo, a repairman there, have attacked me for trying to get my RAM back, let alone some manner of refund for non rendered pre-paid services.
