No choice for zero stars! This place is HORRIBLE! First walk in, no one greets me, I had to pretty much "get into someones face" for them to ask me "what do you need?" Like I was bothering them or something! Went in for new tires and tune up (if that was the problem for running rough?) They put the tires on, white letters out, I asked for white letter in! i was told that was how they are suppose to be??? that is MY choice, not theirs to make! They also said I needed brakes including rotors, Pads yes, rotors are fine! I opted to not do that part. They did an alignment that I did not ask for but insisted that was required. I specifically told them when doing a tune up to be careful of some wires I had that would be in the way while removing the engine compartment cover (in a van it's inside) needless to say, they were NOT careful and did not reconnect anything they should have. now I don't have a working cigarette lighter socket and interior lighting does not work! WTF! Personal items that were in the compartment they had to remove were all over the floor, nothing was put back in place. Garbage from doing the tune up was left on the floor as well. They replaced my air filter which was new and I did not authorize that either! then there is a misc shop fee of $35? and even a fee for extra labor??? does not even say what for! They had this vehicle for three days! the third day was because no one bother to let me know it was done the evening of the second day!!! Should have been $800 and ended up having to pay $1200! They tried to insist on synthetic oil, I had to refuse three times and pretty much be rude about it in order for them to shut up about it. This place is a scam and i recommend that NO ONE goes there! I will put this review everywhere I can to help save people from this headache of a hack job shop! these guys could not even be good walmart greeters! I don't want money back, I don't want coupons, I don't want an apology, I want them out of business! Companies need to pay more attention to who and what kind of people they hire! As you can see from the other reviews, i'm not the only one here! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
